August 12-14 the RIA/NIRC Oriental and Specialty Rug Course is coming to Seattle for the first time in ten years. Now is the time to learn from the best and get ahead of your competitors. You get the side benefit of being able to see Seattle at the prime time of year - August being warm but not hot, and having low humidity in the summer.
